Build IT: Live Edge Desk for my Mom Part Seven - FAILURE
We are SO CLOSE to being done with this build! I am excited to have room in my shop to tackle the next project!
So a second doweling jig was made to fit the legs and dust frames. Legs, and dust frames where doweled, and the dowels didn’t line up…. UGH!!! But they were a redundancy as the dust frames sit in a dado, so there will be plenty of glue to keep this cabinet together forever…
The case frames are glued up! That was nerve wracking after the doweling failure…
While I was waiting for glue to dry I started sanding, and filling knot holes on the Live Edge Ash Top with epoxy!
Whats next? A whole lot of sanding, glue, and building drawers!
Also... 83 subscribers !!! You are all amazing! that's only 17 more to go until we hit our goal of 100 subscribers, and I give away one of our new DuckHill Workshop Hats! Production of them was delayed, because my good friend Chris wasn’t happy with how they turned out so he sent them back for a second round!
Thanks for looking out for me Chris!
I'll post a special video about them once they show up!
